Original Grill Grates Issues

The Master Forge modular gas grill's original grates were a major disappointment. The manufacturer claimed they were solid stainless steel, but they felt and sounded far from it. Their excessive thickness led to incredibly slow heating, requiring full-blast gas usage without achieving adequate searing.

Even with the addition of No Flare squares to improve heat distribution, searing results remained unsatisfactory. Hot and cold spots persisted, hindering consistent cooking performance. This significantly impacted the overall grilling experience.
